# Vállalat

Az Apraemio projekt mögött egy több iparágban tevékenykedő vállalatcsoport áll, amelyek közül sok szorosan együttműködik egymással.

**Az alábbiakban bemutatjuk az Apraemio mögött álló vállalatokat, tevékenységük és az Apraemio-ökoszisztémában betöltött szerepük rövid ismertetésével:**

* **Green Gold System Europe SARL** 2014-ben alakult Bamakóban, Maliban. A vállalat fő tevékenységei a bányászati kutatás és kitermelés, valamint az arany és más nemesfémek exportja. A cég – a 2015-ben a Mali Köztársaság kormányával kötött, majd a 2020-as új Bányakódex által megújított egyezmény alapján – kutatási (és potenciálisan kitermelési) engedélyt kapott egy 65 km²-es területre Dél-Maliban (Komassala).
* **Arteus Capital Holding Zrt.** 2008-ban alakult Budapesten, Magyarországon, elsősorban vállalatok létrehozására és menedzselésére.
* **Arteus Capital GmbH** 2009-ben jött létre Bécsben, Ausztriában. Fő üzleti tevékenysége a befektetési aranyrudak és érmék értékesítése és forgalmazása. A társaságnak több mint 7.000 ügyfele van nyolc országban.
* **Cartis Flottakezelő Kft.** 2015-ben alakult Budapesten, Magyarországon. A vállalat kis- és középvállalkozások számára nyújt gépjárműflotta-kezelési szolgáltatásokat. Jelenleg mintegy 180 ügyfele van, és kétmilliárd forintos (kb. 5,5 millió eurós) portfóliót kezel.
